TUITION AND COMMITMENT: Tuition is usually billed for an entire month of lessons. Monthly invoices will be sent on the 15th of the month. If the student/parent/guardian needs to request a vacation day it MUST be submitted by the 15th of the previous month. For example, if you know you will be out of town on October 2nd and will need to miss that lesson, then you must let the instructor know before September 15th. If the vacation day is not requested in time then the monthly make up lesson will need to be used to reschedule the lesson (see MAKE-UP LESSONS). Tuition may be billed per individual lesson upon request and approval of the instructor. Tuition may also be billed for multiple months upon request. Tuition is due the 29th of the previous month or 3 days before the lesson if paying per individual lesson. If tuition is not paid by the first of the month then a $10.00 late fee will automatically be added to the bill. Payment of tuition secures preferred date/time only for the lessons for which tuition is paid. Commitment is on a month-to-month basis and that either party may discontinue for any reason once paid lessons are done. Once tuition is paid it is non-refundable.

MAKE-UP LESSONS:  One make up lesson per month will be offered if the student/parent/guardian needs to reschedule for any reason. This is the same whether tuition is paid for the whole month or lesson-by-lesson. Make up lessons need to be booked within thirty days of issue. After thirty days make up lessons will expire.

Two hour's notice must be given if a lesson needs to be rescheduled otherwise a make up lesson will not be offered except in extenuating circumstances. The instructor will decide if the extenuating circumstances warrant a make-up lesson without the proper notice.

Once the month's make up lesson is used then no other lesson that month will be rescheduled/made up. Once the make up lesson is scheduled then that particular lesson will not be rescheduled or made up again. Any missed make up lessons or lessons missed after the make up lesson has been issued will be lost lessons and will not be refunded or made up.

The instructor will also abide by the one-per-month rescheduled lesson policy. If the instructor needs to reschedule a lesson this will not take away the make up lesson that the student/parent/guardian may request. The instructor will also give at least 2 hour's notice if a lesson needs to be rescheduled except in extenuating circumstances. If the instructor needs to reschedule more than one lesson in the month or needs to reschedule a particular lesson more than once then an extra 30 minutes of instructional time will be offered for free as compensation for the inconvenience.

Families are responsible to registering for makeup lessons through the parent portal.
